Returns & refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. On top of that, here's how we handle change of mind and faults.

Faulty or wrong item: Lodge a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a return authority within 1 to 2 working days, then replace, repair or refund, and reimburse the return postage.
Change of mind: Exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with manuals, accessories and any bonus items, and returned with proof of purchase.
Not eligible: Gift cards, discontinued or clearance items, and special orders.
Refunds: Paid to the original payment method.
Return address: Coolkidz Australia Pty Ltd, 1 Beyer Road, Braeside VIC 3195. Please don't send items back without a return authority.
