Refunds and Recalls
Thank you for purchasing a WonderFold product!
WonderFold has one mission and that is to exceed our customers expectations both in service and our products. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz Customer Service within 48hrs of receiving the goods by raising a support ticket with our Customer Service.
Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz.
Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases however the product(s) is replaced or repaired. It is up to the consumer to package the item up for return, Coolkidz Australia will not be responsible for packaging return items.
