Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted.
Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.

Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $150, only then does it qualify for free shipping.
Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated.

“Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.

If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Coolkidz Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.

WonderFold Multiple Awareness Week Giveaway

This giveaway is hosted by WonderFold Australia and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Entries open 16 March 2026 and close 11:59pm AEDT on 30 March 2026. To enter, participants must like the giveaway post, follow @wonderfold.au, and tag at least one family in the comments (each comment counts as one entry). A bonus entry is available by subscribing to the WonderFold newsletter via the link in bio during the promotional period. WonderFold Ratings & Review

By taking part in the Rate and Review Competition (Competition), all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. We reserve the right not to post your review or to withdraw any posted review for any reason. Some reviews may get flagged, reviewed, and then later removed by our moderation team after previously appearing on wonderfold.com.au. Your review may be excluded if it violates review guidelines or contains any of the following types of content; inappropriate comments (aggressive, threatening, trolling, etc.), profanities, discriminatory language or hate speech, or other language not suitable for the public; evidence of potential danger, injury, violence or death; third party URLs and personally identifiable information (phone number, address, email, etc.); advertisements, "spam" content, references to other products, offers, or websites; any content or materials which you do not own or for which you have not secured all necessary rights; critical comments about other reviews posted on the page or their authors; discussion of medical conditions or claims of medical effectiveness outside of the stated product benefits; a review that is not related to the actual product (e.g., customer service experience).
