Can I put my infant car seat in a Wonderfold Stroller Wagon?
Yes, our Wagons have been exclusively designed and safety tested to fit the following infant car seats:
- Maxi-Cosi Mico 6
- Maxi-Cosi Mico 12
- Maxi-Cosiosi Ap/plus models
- Joie I Gemm
- Nuna Pipa Cybex Cloud Q
Are there any waterproof chemicals on the wagons?
No waterproof chemicals are added.
Are your strollers flame retardant?
No, they are not.
Are your strollers PVC and PFA free?
Yes!
Are your wagons BPA and phthalate free?
Yes.
Do your wagons contain any trace of heavy metals?
No
What is the material used on the mesh on the carriage fabric and the frame of the wagon itself?
It is made up of steel metal and PA/PP Plastic. The mesh is made out of polyester
Is the Shade Net UPF rated?
Our Shade net does not provide UV protection, however our canopy fabric offers UV 50+ protection.
How much weight can the W4 Luxe Handlebar Hold?
It can hold up to 22 kgs.
How much weight can the snack tray hold?
The snack tray can hold up to 11 kgs.

Are your stroller wagons certified?
Yes! Our wagons are complaint with the Australian Safety Standards AS 2088:2022
What is the weight limit for each model?
- W4: 136 kgs total and 45 kgs per bench
- W2: 90 kgs total and 20 kgs per bench
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
All WonderFold Wagons come with a one year manufacturer warranty. Please register your purchase here for a one time discount code.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

What happens if my product breaks and I am out of warranty?
Please reach out to our customer care team and they can assist in determining what is wrong with your product. From there they will provide pricing for the part(s) necessary to fix your product.
Returns
Refund Policy
Coolkidz Australia has one mission and that is to exceed our customer’s expectations both in service and our products. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz customer service within 48hrs of receiving the goods at info@coolkidz.com.au.
Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz. Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases, however, the product(s) is replaced or repaired. It is up to the consumer to package the item up for return, Coolkidz Australia will not be responsible for packaging return items.

Can I change my mind?I
In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind about an item, we are happy to offer you:
- an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, this includes items that have not been shipped
For us to be able to process a Change of Mind return, your item(s) must be:
- returned with a proof of purchase (receipt or online order number)
- unopened, in original packaging with instruction manuals and accessories included and;
- returned with any bonus item(s) provided at the time of purchase.
Excluded from the Change of Mind Returns Policy are:
- Gift Cards and eVouchers
- discontinued or reduced to clear items
- Special order items
Note: A refund can only be provided to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Can I use multiple payment methods for my purchase?
Unfortunately the system does not allow for multiple payment methods.
Care
How do I clean my stroller wagon?
Frame: Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and mild cleaning solution. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
Wheels: Clean stroller wagon wheels regularly with water and remove any dirt. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
Fabric: Spot clean with mild soap and warm water solution and air dry.
