What age can a child ride in a WonderFold?
From 6 months in the raised seats. Younger babies can travel in a compatible infant capsule on the W2 or W4 car seat adapter ($189.95).
Which infant capsules fit the car seat adapter?
Maxi-Cosi Mico 6, Mico 12 and AP/Plus models, Joie i-Gemm, Nuna Pipa and Cybex Cloud Q. Check your capsule model against the list before you buy.
How much weight can a WonderFold carry?
W2: 91 kg in total, 20 to 22 kg per seat depending on finish. W4: 136 kg in total, 45 kg per bench. W6: 140 kg in total, 45 kg per bench.
Will a WonderFold fit through a doorway?
Yes. The W4 and W6 are 74 cm at their widest and the W2 Luxe Pro is 76.2 cm, which fits a standard Australian internal door.
What's the difference between Elite, Luxe and Luxe Pro?
The frame and seats are shared. Luxe adds XL wheels, a vegan-leather handlebar and magnetic harnesses. Luxe Pro adds a lighter aluminium frame, seats that can face you, lockable front wheels and a cooler basket.
Does a WonderFold meet Australian safety standards?
Yes. Every WonderFold stroller wagon sold in Australia, across the W2, W4 and W6 and every finish, is certified to AS 2088:2022 / A1:2024, the Australian standard for prams and strollers.
What warranty comes with a WonderFold?
Every wagon has a one-year manufacturer warranty. To make a claim or order a spare part, lodge a support ticket with the Coolkidz help desk. Register within three months for a one-time 10% off accessories code.
Can I pick up my wagon instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from 1 Beyer Road, Braeside VIC. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the frame with a soft towel, lukewarm water and a mild cleaner, then dry it. Rinse dirt off the wheels. Spot clean the fabric with mild soap and warm water and air dry.
Is a WonderFold a special needs pram?
Not in the medical sense: WonderFold stroller wagons are not medical devices or mobility aids. Many families of children with additional needs choose one because of the front zip door, the room inside (84 × 53 cm on a W4), the shade and the calmer, enclosed space. Talk to your OT about what suits your child.
Which WonderFold suits an older or taller child with additional needs?
Most families choose a W4 or W6: 45 kg per bench, room to stretch out, and the single seat or a removed bench frees floor space for equipment. Our Braeside team can talk it through on 1300 722 302.
Is a WonderFold a medical device or mobility aid?
No. WonderFold stroller wagons are not medical devices. Many families with children who have additional needs choose one for its space and easy entry, and our WonderFold Warriors program supports them.
