Every new WonderFold stroller wagon comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Register within three months for a one-time code for 10% off accessories. To make a claim, lodge a support ticket.

All warranty claims and spare-part requests go through the Coolkidz help desk, so nothing gets lost. Include your order number, the model, and photos or a short video of the issue.
In warranty, we repair or replace. Out of warranty, we quote the parts: wheels, brakes, canopy poles and fabric, seats. Faulty on arrival? Lodge a ticket within 48 hours of delivery.
