Same Day Delivery Terms
Delivery and Risk
• Risk and ownership of the Goods transfer to you once delivery has been made to the address specified in your order.
• Make sure to verify your delivery address before placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the order has been submitted and further costs will apply.
Service Eligibility
• Same Day Delivery only applies to Melbourne customers with eligible locations allowable by the 3rd party courier.

• Unexpected circumstances, including natural disasters, unavailable delivery time slots, and workforce or driver shortages, may delay the dispatch or delivery of your Goods.
• Same Day Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers.
Order Cut-Offs and Dispatch
• For Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm local time.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be dispatched the next business day.
• Orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time will be sent the next business day.
• The Same day delivery service operates Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding Victorian public holidays and company closure periods
Minimum Spend
• There is a minimum spend of $50 to be eligible for same day delivery excluding delivery costs
Delivery Conditions
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors outside of the delivery driver's control.
• ATL (Authority to Leave) is automatically applied to orders under $250 that use a Same Day Delivery service.
• Orders with a value of over $250 require a signature.
• If your premises are unattended or there is no safe place for delivery, the driver will return the Goods back to the Coolkidz Australia. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery.
• Drivers will not place Goods inside your address, or carry items upstairs please always respect the 3rd Party Courier’s OHS policies.
• For Standard same day delivery orders will be delivered within 4-5hrs upon courier booking.
• For Express same day delivery orders will be delivered within 2-3hrs upon courier booking.
WonderFold has one mission and that is to exceed our customers expectations both in service and our products. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz Customer Service within 48hrs of receiving the goods by raising a support ticket with our Customer Service.
Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz.
Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases however the product(s) is replaced or repaired. It is up to the consumer to package the item up for return, Coolkidz Australia will not be responsible for packaging return items.
